I am really interested by the study result saying that intermittent fasting can aid endurance training but disrupt strength training. have often wondered myself whether or not intermittent fasting is prudent for everybody. I am inclined to believe that to an extent everybody reacts in their own way to changes. I still haven’t decided if intermittent fasting is for me, but what are your experiences and reactions to it?
- elizabethberry answered: Last summer I unintentionally intermittently fasted. Great for fat loss, but I didn’t do any strength training, so I can’t comment on that :)
- beta-for-veronika answered: personally i have been doing it for a few days and lo and be hold i now have a serious cold. idk if its related but i eat VERY clean so..??
